I would probably only do it for a week to 10 days instead of the full two weeks. That's a bit much for me! But I think I could do a week - at least I like to think I could make it a whole week drinking nothing but water, lemon juice, cayenne, maple syrup and occasionally some tea!
But I'll be honest, the only thing that freaked me out was the laxative thing - NO WAY am I doing the sea salt flush. Yuck and double yuck. But using a laxative, even once a day, for a week kinda freaks me out too. Is that Ok for your body? I know some people just jump into these kind of things but I like to know all the in's and out's (haha!) before I do it.
So if you've done it or know of anyone that has let me know - give me feedback, share experiences, etc. If you know of another good weight loss cleanse let me know so I can check it out. I'm still weighing my options here! Or if you want to try this cleanse too let me know so we can "do it together"! I have found it's always easier to do things when you have someone to do it with, someone to encourage you, motivate you, etc. But I've found that most of the time I just have to do things on my own because no one wants to do things with me......*sad face*!
I think I would start Thursday, March 10th and go until the 17th. Bug's birthday party is the 19th so I would want to make sure my stomach is re-adjusted to food again before then since we'll have a house full of people! Lol!
